The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a law that prohibits discrimination against individuals living with disabilities in all aspects of public life. As it applies to websites, guests with disabilities would have equal access to web content and to all services offered. The US is not the only country that has this type of legislation in place. In Canada, the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), aims to provide barrier-free access to information and services available to the public.

Buyatab adheres to the requirements and spirit of the ADA and the ACA by complying with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA). The WCAG is the most widely recognized standard for providing accessible websites. Compliance is achieved by meeting specific technical, functional and support requirements that consider the different ways users may interact with web content.
