AwardsBuyatab announces that it has been recognized by industry peers with two national runner-up awards, for its success and expertise in the online and eGift Card industry.
Buyatab Online, a leading international provider of eGift Card services and infrastructure, is pleased to announce that it was recently recognized with two National Runner-up Prepaid Awards.
The awards were announced at the 2014 PX Prepaid & Payment Awards, held in Toronto. “Buyatab is proud to be recognized, for the second year in a row, by our industry peers through these awards” said Matias Marquez, Buyatab’s VP and Chief Product Officer.
The 2014 PX Prepaid & Payment Awards organized by the national industry association Payments eXchange had six industry judges reviewing entries in eight different categories.
Buyatab won the Runner-up position in the Leading Prepaid or Payments Company category. Additionally Buyatab was the co-winner for the Runner-up position with its client, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in the Best Consumer Funded Prepaid Program category, based on the online gift card services Buyatab provides for Fairmont.
Buyatab was also part of a panel discussion at the industry conference that accompanied the 2014 Awards on the topic of “Take Steps to Implement a Digital Strategy,” with a focus on how merchants can plan and prepare to implement an eGift Card offering.
